When we heard that Moo Cluck Moo was opening a location in Canton Michigan, we had to put it on the radar and be sure to check it out. They opened just a few days ago so we made a point getting right over! Luckily, their restaurant is just a few doors from our office!
New Kind of Burger Joint
There is only one other Moo Cluck Moo (Dearborn Heights) and it’s reputation preceded it here. With some effort we could have come up with a description of what they do, but instead we’ll just share something from their website that sums it up. Here’s how they describe what they do at Moo Cluck Moo:
“We love burgers, we love chicken sandwiches, we love fries and we love shakes, so we decided to create a place for people who love these things as much as we do. And we wanted to make it memorable. In a world saturated with fast food choices, our solution is better food fast. . . nothing comes close.”
The Menu
The menu is not a complicated one, but there are many choices to doctor up your favorite beef, lamb or chicken burger to make it your own. And the buns are baked fresh, in-house, which is a nice touch.
The important thing to note here is that one of Moo Cluck Moo’s attractions is their claim of natural, wholesome ingredients. Beef, chicken, and dairy is 100% natural, according to their website, and they use natural toppings and natural oil blend for frying. Oh, and their sodas are not your usual names, either (but are very yummy!). They offer a variety of Northwoods Soda Company products from Northern Michigan. The stuff is made with natural cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup!
And on a personal note, fellow fans of french fries will be thrilled to know that they offer sea salt, garlic, or fireside (think vanilla, cinnamon and sugar!) versions of this good stuff.
Stay or Go
Whether you choose to take out your food or eat in, it comes to you in disposable wrapping. There are a handful of tables in the restaurant for those who like to dine-in. And it’s all pretty simple decor so come as you are and take a load off.
