- Between December and February, the average price per square foot for Plymouth homes was $131, up 15.9 percent when compared to the year before.
- Meanwhile, the median sales price for homes was $195,000 based on 143 homes for sale.
- When compared to the same period last year, the median home sales price has increased 21.2 percent, or $34,142.
- And the number of home sales increased 23.3 percent.
- Broken down further, the median sales price for 2-bedroom Plymouth homes was $111,450 during the week ending on March 20.
- The median sales price for 3-bedroom homes was $253,500.
- And the median sales price for 4-bedroom homes was $183,250.
- When it came to median sales price, here’s how other communities stacked up:
- Westland, MI: $71,000
- Livonia, MI: – $123,900
- Northville, MI: – $336,835
- Belleville, MI: $124,799
- Novi, MI: $167,615
- During the week ending on March 20, the average listing price for Plymouth homes was $335,035, down 3.5 percent when compared to the week before.
- During that previous week, the average listing price was $347,000.
