Initially, my children ignited my passion for photography. First steps, first days of school, birthdays, holidays, a lot of firsts! I still love recording their lives through my camera lens, but my passion for photography has grown exponentially into something so unexpected … so exciting!
My business is newborns, children, families and high school seniors – and I love photographing each one. The shoot itself is always a lot of fun and very relaxed. I have to remind myself sometimes that this is my job! I love meeting new clients, going to their homes, downtown Plymouth, Northville, or one of the MANY parks around Canton. No matter how many times I go to a location, something new ALWAYS catches my eye, and I end up with unique shots from that photo shoot.
I put so much of myself into editing photos after the session to bring that extra bit of life, sparkle and WOW into my photography. It is very rewarding for me to give parents a breathtaking portrait of their child. I was recently at a client’s home for a newborn photo session for an 8-day old baby boy. I feel honored to be a part of special times like these.
