- During the week ending on August 7, the average listing price for homes was $247,211, up 4.1 percent from the week before.
- Broken down further, the average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $161,811.
- The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $189,166.
- And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $321,675.

- Salem: $140,000
- Northville: $483,168
- Novi: $353,764
- Livonia: $174,368
- South Lyon: $365,307
