- When compared to a year ago, the median home sales price has increased by 5.8 percent, or about $10,000.
- And the total number of home sales has increased by 6.2 percent.
- During the week ending on Oct. 24, the average listing price for Plymouth homes was $331,057, down 1.2 percent from the week before.
- During the previous week, the average listing price was $335,137.

- During the week ending on Oct. 24, the median sales price for 2-bedroom Plymouth homes was $168,000
- The median price for 3-bedroom homes was $230,000
- And the median price for 4-bedroom homes was $286,753
