Homes for Sale in Plymouth, Michigan
Here are the highlights of the most recent Plymouth housing market data:
- Currently there are 225 homes for sale, including 99 in some stage of the foreclosure process.
- Between May and July, the average price per square foot for Plymouth homes was $115, up 5.5 percent from the same period in 2011.
- Meanwhile, the median home sales price was $182, based on 177 sales.
- When compared to the same period in 2011, the median homes sales price has increased by 10.6 percent and the total number of home sales has increased by 12 percent.
- Here’s how other communities did in terms of median sales price this past month:
- Northville: $261,125
- Canton: $159,000
- Novi: $220,000
- Livonia: $110,000
- South Lyon: $167,000
- Superior Township: $940,000
- During the week ending on August 29, the average listing price for Plymouth homes was $310,993, up 1.8 percent from the week before.
- During that previous week, the average listing price was about $305,400.
- Broken down further, the average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $177,459 during the week of August 29.
- The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $236,954.
- And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $396,954.

- Canton: $214,055
- Novi: $357,088
- Livonia: $141,454
- South Lyon: $284,836
- Superior Township: $213,200
