With all real estate options in Canton, there are approximately 2 months of supply. Good news: It’s a seller’s market, meaning there are more buyers than there are homes on the market.
The Current Market for Popular Home Searches
There are differences in the markets for Canton homes with special features, too, as the graph below shows.
Golf course homes have less than one month of supply, and Canton homes with pools are a popular search option with about 1.7 months of supply, both with seller’s markets.
Homes with over one acre (10 months of supply) and new construction homes (11 months of supply) are in buyer’s markets, which means there are too many homes and not enough buyers.
