- Between June and September, the average price per square foot for Plymouth homes was $156, up 9.1 percent from the same period last year.
- Also during that period, the median sales price for homes was $285,000 based on 59 home sales.
- Compared to a year ago, the median sales price increased 13.6 percent, or $34,125.
- And the number of home sales decreased 67.9 percent.
- More specifically, the median sales price for a 2-bedroom home was $257,000.
- The median sales price for a 3-bedroom home was $320,000.
- And the median sales price for a 4-bedroom home was $379,500
