- Between January and April, the average price per square foot for homes was $151, up 11 percent from the same period last year.
- Also, the median sales price was $234,000 based on 95 home sales.
- Compared to a year ago, the median sales price increased 7.2 percent, or $15,750.
- This means that last year, the median sales price was around $218,000.
- Meanwhile, the number of home sales decreased 30.1 percent year-over-year.

- During the week ending on April 1, the average listing price for homes was $358,768, up 3.6 percent from the week before.
- During that previous week, the average listing price was about $345,000.
- Broken down specifically, during the week ending on April 1, the average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $194,766
- The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $272,715.
- And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $444,786.
