  • Currently there are 198 homes for sale on the market, including 56 in some stage of the foreclosure process.
  • Between June and August, the average price per square foot for Plymouth homes was $155, up 25.2 percent from the same period a year ago.
  • Meanwhile, the median sales price for Plymouth homes was $214,700, based on 96 home sales.
  • Compared to a year ago, the median home sales price has increased 26.3 percent, or about $44,700.
  • And the total number of home sales has decreased 54.9 percent.
  • During the week ending on Sept. 25, the average listing price for Plymouth homes was $373,161, up 1.6 percent from the week before.
  • During that previous week, the average listing price was $368,000.

    • Northville: $319,988
    • Novi: $199,445
    • Livonia: $131,750
    • South Lyon: $150,000
    • Superior Township: $48,000
