All across the board, the Canton housing market is improving for area home sellers, according to the most recent data.
The real estate website Trulia recently reported that Canton home prices have increased, as have the total number of home sales in the area.
And these are not minor increases either, but rather double-digit increases!

- When compared to the same period a year ago, the median home sales price increased 22.4 percent, or about $31,750.
- Meanwhile, the total number of home sales increased 26.8 percent year-over-year.

- The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $180,280.
- And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $313,009.
