We have to admit, new businesses pop up all the time and we don’t always know about them right away. In Her Own Words
We are CORE Nutrition and Fitness. We are out to impact the community with a healthy, active lifestyle. We offer group fitness events, nutrition workshops, weight loss challenges, one-on-one coaching, and more. We offer many different events to help all age ranges and activity levels. Our main goal is to encourage people to get 1% better every day thru nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
We chose Canton for CORE because Canton is an amazing city that offers a lot for the community. We also like that Canton is a central location to touch Plymouth, Northville, Livonia, Wayne, and Westland. Our Cardio Drumming class is a great way to workout and a lot of fun. Cardio Drumming involves a bucket, yoga ball, and two drum sticks. You can make it high impact or low impact depending on your fitness level. We offer Cardio Drumming multiple times a week and are starting a monthly mom-and-me drumming class. Follow us on Facebook for upcoming classes.
