  • During that same time, the median sales price for homes was $158,796, which was based on 36 home sales.
  • Compared with the same period in 2011, the median home sales price has decreased by 9.3 percent.

  • The average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $182,328
  • And the average listing price for 3- and 4- bedroom homes was $289,516 and $358,192, respectively.
